Terms of Service

These terms govern access to NOBE LABS. Replace the company, jurisdiction, refund and contact details with terms approved for your business before accepting paid customers.

Accounts

Accounts are created and managed by NOBE LABS or an authorised reseller. You are responsible for your login details and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Voice rights and consent

You may clone or use a voice only when you own that voice or have clear, lawful and explicit permission from the voice owner. You must be able to provide proof of permission when requested. Consent to upload a sample does not automatically grant permission for every commercial, political, sexual, defamatory or deceptive use.

Prohibited use

You must not use NOBE LABS for fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, identity theft, non-consensual cloning, threats, harassment, defamation, illegal content, evading platform enforcement, misleading political communications, unauthorised celebrity endorsements, or any activity that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Credits and packages

NOBE LABS packages provide internal service credits. The current packages are 1M credits for $15, 3M for $29, 7M for $49 and 15M for $89. Credits are not cash, bank deposits or cryptocurrency. Pricing, model costs and consumption rules may change for future purchases. Existing completed sales remain recorded at their original amount.

Generation and provider availability

Voice generation depends on third-party provider availability, limits, model behaviour and account permissions. A request may fail, be delayed or produce an imperfect result. We may retry or restore internal credits for failed requests according to the recorded job status, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or a specific artistic result.

Generated audio retention

Generated audio is available privately for up to 24 hours and is then removed automatically. You are responsible for downloading files you need before expiry. Clearing history may delete available files immediately.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or remove an account for security risk, non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, prohibited voice use, attempted circumvention, attacks on the service or violation of these terms. Sub-admins may control only their assigned customers; attempts to access owner-wide or another reseller's data are prohibited.

Intellectual property

NOBE LABS owns its website, interface, brand and platform code. You retain rights you lawfully hold in your submitted text and permitted voice material. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe copyrights, publicity rights, trademarks, privacy rights or contractual restrictions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. NOBE LABS is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful user content, failure to download expiring files, provider outages, unauthorised account use or use that violates a third party's rights. Add a legally reviewed liability cap and governing-law clause appropriate to your business before launch.

Changes

We may update these terms when the platform, pricing, providers or laws change. Material updates should be communicated through the website or account contact information.
