This policy explains how NOBE LABS handles information when you use the website, customer studio, Text to Speech, voice-cloning and account-management services. Replace the contact and company details below with your registered business information before launch.
Information we process
We may process account details such as your name, email address, password hash, plan, credit balance, account status, assigned reseller, login time, IP address and device information. We also process text submitted for generation, voice selections, generation metadata, support requests and administrative actions.
Generated audio
Generated audio is stored privately for up to 24 hours so you can play and download it. NOBE LABS automatically removes the stored audio after expiry. Generation-history metadata may remain after the audio expires until you clear your history or the account is deleted.
Voice-cloning samples and profiles
NOBE LABS does not intentionally save the raw voice sample to its own application storage. The sample is held temporarily while it is sent to the active voice provider. The provider may process or retain samples and cloned-voice data under its own terms and retention rules. A cloned voice profile remains available until it is deleted or the provider removes it.
Consent and lawful use
You must own the voice you upload or have explicit permission from the voice owner. We record your consent confirmation and may suspend accounts that use cloning for impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment or other unlawful activity.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide voice services, calculate and deduct credits, deliver private audio, prevent abuse, support customers, maintain reseller reports, investigate security incidents and comply with lawful obligations.
Service providers
We may send necessary data to voice-generation providers such as ElevenLabs or JSF Labs, hosting providers, private object-storage providers and security or monitoring services. Provider API keys are kept on the NOBE LABS server and are not exposed to customer browsers.
Cookies and sessions
We use a secure account-session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite. On the public HTTPS deployment it must also be marked Secure.
Security and retention
We use access controls, password hashing, rate limits, CSRF protection, private file routes and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Account and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices
You may clear your generation history, delete private voice profiles and ask the administrator to correct or remove account information where applicable. Some transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained.
Children
NOBE LABS is not intended for children who cannot legally agree to these terms in their country. Do not upload a child's voice without verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian and a lawful purpose.
